Lightwave Studios ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Easy Bingo Scanner mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when you use our App, and the choices you have associated with that information.
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Camera: The App uses your device's camera to capture video of bingo cards for scanning and OCR processing. Camera data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
Microphone: The App uses your device's microphone to listen for bingo number calls during gameplay. Audio is processed locally on your device in real time and is not recorded or transmitted to our servers.
Usage Data: We may collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, your device's unique identifier, IP address, operating system, and diagnostic data.
Purchase Information: If you purchase a subscription to remove ads, Apple processes the transaction. We do not collect or store your payment information.
The App uses AdMob by Google to display advertisements to users who have not purchased the ad-free subscription. AdMob may collect and use data including your device's advertising identifier (IDFA), IP address, and app usage information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, the App will request your permission before allowing AdMob to access your IDFA for personalized advertising. If you decline, AdMob will serve non-personalized ads and will not use your IDFA for tracking.

The App offers an optional subscription to remove advertisements. Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
We use the information we collect to operate and improve the App, display advertisements (where applicable), respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Camera and microphone data is processed in real time on your device and is not stored or transmitted. We take reasonable measures to protect any data we collect, though no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove that information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. You may also limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings under Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated policy within the App or on this page, and updating the effective date above. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
